When I, Patrick Lohr, started Groundhog Heating I made a decision to be a tradesman and not a salesman. By doing so I let my business grow by word of mouth. I was the one who answered the calls, visited with all potential customers, did all the service, and installed everything. It must have worked because since I went out on my own in 2010, the amount of customers has grown each year.
Because of this I have reluctantly started looking for my first employees, searching for people who have the same caring pride that I have. I have gone through a handful as I want to be proud of the people that I put in your home to take care of your HVAC needs.
